Harvard Business School Club of Rochester presents

Andrew Brady: Conscious Capitalism ROC

Monday, February 4, 2019, 7pm
The Commons at The Harley School
1981 Clover St, Rochester, NY 14618

Hear one of Rochester’s best and brightest young business leaders share his vision for a Rochester renaissance through Conscious Capitalism: encouraging local businesses to focus on growth that considers all constituencies –
shareholders, employees, customers, vendors, business partners,
local communities, and the environment.

Conscious Capitalism is a fast growing global movement around a business philosophy emphasizing four key characteristics: a higher purpose, stakeholder orientation, conscious leadership and conscious culture. Proponents of this movement believe that businesses that employ sound fundamental business practices and adopt a Conscious Capitalism mindset are more sustainable, resilient and profitable in the long term.

Andrew Brady is Chief Evolutionary Officer at The XLR8 Team, Inc., and Founder and Co-Chair, Conscious Capitalism ROC. He earned his Master’s Degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, and his Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.

Beverages and light snacks will be served.
