Description: Reversing Global Warming: Introduction to Drawdown

Where: Church of the Transfiguration – 50 W. Bloomfield Rd Pittsford, NY
When: Wednesday May 17, 2018 7-9 p.m.

A two-hour experience that invites you to see how global warming can be reversed and what important role you can play in that process. Project Drawdown is a scientific (and hopeful!) study that identified 100 solutions that, together, could actually reverse global warming by 2050. Learn how you can change the conversation about global warming from “game over” to “game on!”

Interested participants will be invited to follow this experience with an in depth four-session workshop: Drawdown Solutions: Getting Into Action where you will develop a plan for getting into action with others in our local community and become part of a global community changing the conversation about global warming

(The next four-session follow-up workshop will take place at Church of the Assumption, 20 East Avenue, Fairport, NY 14450 on Thursdays - June 7, 14, 21, July 19 6:30-9:00 p.m.
