Pastor Wanda Wilson is the Executive Director at Open Arms Christian Fellowship Ministries and a leader in the movement to pass a Police Accountability Board in Rochester, NY
Victor Monterrosa is a lawyer and community organizer who helped pass the Civilian Complaint Review Board in Newark, NJ
Dr. John S. Walker is the pastor at Christian Friendship Missionary Baptist Church; he was involved in F.I.G.H.T. – a premiere civil rights organization - led a shut down of the divinity school over its lack of African American curriculum and faculty as well as designed and submitted his own piece of legislation in the 1980s for a civilian review board with teeth
