open hearing on the fate of Parcel 5 (Midtown)

Dear Friends,

On Thursday evening City Council is holding an open hearing to determine the fate of Parcel 5 (Midtown). We want to make sure the community has an active voice in shaping its future.

Great cities are defined by their public spaces, and we believe that Parcel 5 has the potential to be something truly unique—a dynamic social hub at the heart of the city. We are calling on City Council to reopen the RFP (request for proposal) process. The theatre proposal leaves far too many questions unanswered.

Speak out or simply come out to support. We want to show the Council what true community engagement looks like.
